In-Stock Products in U.S. Warehouse – Fast Dispatch, Quick Arrival
For products labeled “In Stock – U.S. Warehouse”, we ship directly from our domestic facilities:
Shipping Time: Ships within 48 business hours after order confirmation
Estimated Delivery Time: Arrives within 1–2 weeks for most U.S. locations

Overseas Product Delivery Process (Non-In-Stock Items)
For customized sizes, colors, or non-stock large furniture, Maoters follows a two-stage delivery process:
Step 1: From Overseas Factory → U.S. Warehouse (4–6 Weeks)
After production and packaging, goods are shipped via sea freight to one of our U.S. warehouses (California, Texas, or New Jersey).
Sea transit typically takes 4–6 weeks.
A tracking number will be provided for this container shipment (via carriers such as Matson, CMA CGM, COSCO, etc.).
Please note: Due to the nature of international shipping, tracking updates may be delayed. However, we will actively monitor and update you on shipment progress.
Step 2: U.S. Warehouse → Final Mile Truck Delivery (1–2 Weeks)
Once the product arrives at the warehouse, we’ll arrange final-mile delivery via domestic freight carriers.
A new tracking number will be issued (e.g., XPO, Estes, YRC, FedEx Freight).
🚛 The truck driver will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to confirm delivery arrangements.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please carefully inspect the outer packaging upon delivery.
If the packaging is severely damaged, please refuse delivery, take clear photos, and send them to our support team at support@maoters.com.
You have the right to inspect your goods before signing. Do not feel pressured by the driver. Refusing to sign until a thorough inspection is complete is within your rights.
Standard Delivery Service
Delivery Type: Curbside or Ground Floor Doorstep Delivery
Not Included: Indoor moving, stair carrying, unboxing, or installation
Oversized Items (e.g., items over 87” in length): Customer must arrange assistance for unloading
Optional White Glove Delivery Service (Upgrade)
If you require extra services, we can arrange a custom white glove quote:
Room-of-choice delivery
Stair/elevator handling
Unpacking and packaging removal
Basic assembly (e.g., joining desk sections)

⚠️ Delivery Fees or Delays May Apply In These Cases:
Delivery to remote/rural areas
Delivery to special destinations (e.g., shopping centers, construction sites, secured locations)
Trucks cannot access delivery location (narrow roads, height restrictions, no loading zones)
No one available to receive delivery or incorrect contact details provided
In such cases, extra fees or storage charges may apply.

You will receive two tracking numbers for international orders:
After international logistics delivery.
Ocean Freight Tracking Number: Follows the container from overseas to U.S. port/warehouse
After the overseas warehouse arranges to send a truck to ship the goods.
Truck Delivery Tracking Number: Covers the journey from our U.S. warehouse to your delivery address

Customized furniture is made to order, and lead times include production, shipping, and warehousing stages.
Estimated delivery time (6–8 weeks) is based on standard conditions. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, port congestion, customs inspection, etc.
