What does standard delivery include?

Maoters standard delivery includes curbside or doorstep delivery for most furniture orders within the contiguous United States. In-room placement, stairs, elevator handling, unpacking, and assembly are not included with standard delivery unless an upgraded service is arranged.

Can I add in-room delivery or professional assembly?

Yes. In-room delivery, White glove deliverys service, and professional assembly may be available for an additional fee. After your order is placed, the Maoters team will review your delivery details and follow up to confirm whether you would like to add any upgraded delivery or assembly services where available. Service options and final costs may vary based on your location, the final-mile carrier, product weight, number of pieces, and assembly difficulty. We are here to help make your delivery and setup as smooth as possible.

How will my furniture arrive?

Large office furniture is carefully packed for transit and may arrive in multiple cartons or sections depending on the product. This helps protect the item during shipping and makes handling easier at delivery. Once your order reaches the final-mile stage, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window.
