Order-based pricing
Volume savings for larger eligible orders
Volume pricing uses the eligible merchandise subtotal in one order. Shipping, taxes, installation, services, and gift cards are excluded.

When a new account rate begins
01 Before the order
Premier account rate: 15%
Lifetime eligible spend: $48,000
02 Current order
A $2,000 order uses the
existing 15% account rate.
03 After qualification
Lifetime spend reaches $50,000.
Elite 20% starts on future orders.
The qualifying purchase cannot use a new account rate it has not yet earned. Completed orders are never repriced.

Exactly $20,000 retains Premier at 15%; $40,000 retains Elite at 20%; and $80,000 retains Signature at 25%.
For every reviewed status, $10,000–$19,999.99 results in 10%, while less than $10,000 results in 8%.

Personal account use
One Trade membership is linked to one individual MAOTERS login.
Status, spend, and pricing are not shared with another employee.
Business information supports review but does not create a company account.
Login transfers require verification and MAOTERS approval.

Integrity & other policies
Suspended accounts do not receive Trade pricing on new orders.
Benefits may not be resold, assigned, duplicated, or used without approval.
Item eligibility and discount limits may vary by product and order.
Shipping, delivery, return, warranty, payment, and site policies still apply.
Final checkout price controls the order
Pricing remains subject to item eligibility, inventory, account status, promotion terms, and final validation at checkout.
Program updates apply prospectively and do not change the final pricing of previously completed orders.
